Why a Membership Is Worth It
Skin responds to consistency far better than it responds to intensity. A client who comes in once a month for a year will almost always see more change than someone who books three large treatments in a row and then stops for six months. That is the entire reasoning behind memberships at Glow in Grace Aesthetics — not a discount gimmick, but a structure that makes the thing that actually works easier to keep doing.
Membership also removes the two obstacles that stop most people maintaining their skin: the cost of each individual visit, and the appointment that never quite gets booked. Members pay a predictable monthly amount and have a standing place in the calendar, so treatment stops being a decision you have to make every few weeks.
What every membership includes
Member pricing. A reduced rate on treatments beyond your included visit, so adding a booster, a peel, or a second area during the year costs less than it would otherwise.
Priority booking. Members get first access to evening and Saturday slots, which are the two that fill first every week.
A plan that gets reviewed. We look at your skin properly a few times a year and adjust what you are doing, rather than repeating the same treatment out of habit.
Choosing between Basic, Signature and Luxe
All three tiers include a facial every month, priority booking and a birthday month perk. What changes is which facial is included, and how far the discounts reach.
Glow Basic includes one Basic Facial per month plus 10% off add-ons. It suits someone maintaining healthy skin who wants regular professional attention and a routine that actually holds through the year.
Glow Signature includes one Signature Facial or Oxygen Facial per month, plus 10% off injectables and 10% off IV therapy. This is the tier for someone actively working on a concern — texture, congestion, tone, early lines — and who is also having Botox or IV wellness during the year, where those two discounts start paying for themselves.
Glow Luxe includes one Premium Facial with RF per month, a free LED add-on every month, and 15% off selected services. It suits someone who wants the fullest version of a maintenance plan, including the radiofrequency treatments, and who would otherwise be paying noticeably more per visit across a year.
If you are not sure which fits, book a consultation first. We will look at what you actually want to change and tell you honestly which tier makes sense — including telling you if none of them do yet, and paying per visit is the better call for now.
Is a membership right for you?
Membership is usually the better value if you expect to visit more than three or four times in a year. Below that, paying per treatment is simpler and often cheaper, and we would rather say so than sign you up for something you will not use.
It tends to suit clients who:
- Are working on an ongoing concern that needs a series rather than a single treatment
- Already come in every four to six weeks and would rather pay a predictable monthly amount
- Want the appointment to already exist in the calendar instead of having to make time for it
- Are maintaining results from a course of microneedling, peels or skin tightening
It tends not to suit clients who travel constantly, who are between routines and still deciding what their skin needs, or who are booking a one-off treatment before a specific event.
Membership questions
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. Clients often start on Basic and move up once they see how their skin responds, or step down after finishing an active course of treatment. Just tell us and we will adjust it from your next billing date.
What happens if I miss a month?
Talk to us. Life gets in the way and we would rather work something out than have you cancel entirely. We can usually carry a visit forward or pause a membership for a short period.
Can I use my membership on any treatment?
Your included facial each month is set by your tier. The discounts vary: Basic gives 10% off add-ons, Signature gives 10% off injectables and IV therapy, and Luxe gives 15% off selected services plus a free LED add-on monthly. The plan cards above set out exactly what each one covers, and we will walk you through it before you commit to anything.
What if I do not use my facial one month?
Tell us before the month ends and we will usually carry it forward. What we would rather avoid is you quietly losing visits you have paid for — if the monthly rhythm is not working, we should either move you to a different tier or stop the membership.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
Memberships are individual, because the treatment plan is built around one person's skin and history. If you want to bring someone with you, we are happy to look after them as a separate client.
How do I cancel?
Let us know and we will stop the billing. There is no lengthy exit process and no pressure — if it is not working for you, we would rather you told us than quietly stopped coming.
Do you offer financing on memberships?
Memberships are billed monthly, which is itself a way of spreading cost. For larger treatment courses on top of a membership, financing through Cherry is available and takes about a minute to check without affecting your credit score.
